We (my daughter, Melissa, & I) have separate households, but a common goal: To make our homes a "haven in the storm" of life. We daily strive to grow it, make it, raise it, sew it ourselves. Not only to save money, if we can, but to achieve a higher quality of life. Sometimes we have failures, sometimes awesome success. But it is ALWAYS an ADVENTURE!
